During the African Week at UNESCO, Paris, in May 2024, Professor Khaled El-Enany participated in a panel discussion focused on the role of education in promoting Africa’s rich cultural diversity. In his remarks, he underscored the critical role of education in fostering tolerance and responsibility, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness among young people about the value of cultural diversity. Professor El-Enany highlighted how education can serve as a powerful tool in bridging cultural gaps, promoting mutual respect, and contributing to the preservation and celebration of Africa’s diverse traditions. He shared with the audience the Egyptian efforts to raise cultural diversity and heritage awareness among children.
