In July 2024, Professor Khaled El-Enany delivered a conference at the fourth edition of Aswan Forum for Sustainable Peace and Development held in Cairo. His talk, focused on the concept of “Peace in Ancient Egypt”, underscored how ancient Egyptian valued and promoted peace and coexistence.

The fourth Edition of Aswan Forum for Sustainable Peace and Development, organized by the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding (CCCPA), was held on 2-3 July, 2024, under the theme: “Africa in a Changing World: Re-Envisioning Global Governance for Peace and Development.”
